Having sold my first Citrus Hills home in 1993, I have had the privilege of watching this community grow and develop into the amazing place it is right now. Through the past 23 years, I have consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. In 2002 I was actually featured in the Wall Street Journal as one of Florida’s top real estate agents.
When not working in the office I am very much involved in the social activities readily available in the Citrus Hills Country Club, whether enjoying the shows, the fitness center or the great restaurants offered here.
Of primary interest and importance to me is the opportunity to play tennis at Skyview Tennis center. This is truly a world-class tennis facility offering 8 har-thru courts, a full-service tennis shop, and welcoming pro and staff. There are groups for all levels of play, from social through competitive league play.
I also enjoy spending time with my family and traveling. Living, working and playing all right here in Citrus Hills has been and continues to be a great experience for me.

After being an elementary teacher for over 20 years, Jackie retired from teaching and moved with her husband to The Villages of Citrus Hills. Jackie is a hard worker and supplemented her teaching income with a second job as a realtor. She has been a realtor in California, Utah, Virginia, and now Florida where she has joined the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Showcase Property Citrus Hills team.
Although a newbie to Citrus Hills, she has had to relocate several times due to her husband’s job and has experienced first hand the process of moving to a “retirement” community. It took two years of researching and two trips to Citrus Hills before she decided to move to Citrus Hills. She learned to navigate the ins and outs of Citrus Hills and its social memberships first hand. The consummate teacher, Jackie strives to educate buyers and sellers with her 20 + years of real estate experience. She represents both buyers and sellers and has worked with new construction and resales and land contracts. Before she began her career as a realtor, Jackie worked her way up to Senior Loan Processor and then Auditor for Great Western Bank in California. She brings with her a strong background of the lending process, knowledge of real estate contracts and attention to detail. Jackie finished high school at age 16 and went to college at Western Illinois University. She attained her bachelor’s degree in 3 ½ years, with a major in English Literature and two minors – Journalism and Spanish. She spent her last semester of college abroad, in Salamanca Spain.
Personal
Jackie is married and says that her husband is her “moon and her stars,” and that she would follow him to the ends of the earth -which she feels that she has. She has one son and two granddaughters who are the light of her life and is enjoying being a grandmother. Jackie is an artist who has won an award for her oil paintings. She loves to paint, fish, go metal detecting, dance, read and golf. Jackie is a huge Star Wars fan and has decorated her office at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Showcase Properties in a Star Wars motif.

I am a Vietnam veteran who has worked successfully in real estate both in home sales and new home design exclusively in Citrus Hills for a quarter of a century. I have lived in several Citrus Hills’ villages since moving here from Massachusetts with my wife Jean. I have been a member of Citrus Hills Golf and Country Club since 1992.

An Ohio native, my family moved to Winter Haven, FL at a young age. My family, husband Wayne and daughter Debbie, moved to Crystal River in 1973 and we are all still here.
